Members can take advantage of over 50 classes per week available in our two exercise studios, offering classes such as: Yoga, Pilates, Group Cycle, Boxercize, Step, Zumba, Bootcamps and Circuits. These classes cater for a variety of different abilities and tastes. Please note that any short-term changes or instructor replacements will be displayed at reception.

Junior Studio

Junior studio classes provide a great opportunity for our younger members to be introduced to the studio environment. We offer a range of classes throughout the year, which have included junior boxercise, junior yoga and junior pilates.
