Our fitness suite in the Sports Complex building offers you the opportunity to improve your stamina and strength in fantastic surroundings. With over 40 pieces of equipment to choose from, you will have plenty of scope to work every major muscle group.
Our gym offers a great place to work out, with cardiovascular machines, resistance equipment, free weights and a stretching area. Why not speak to one of our on-site Personal Trainers, to make sure you are getting the most from your workouts?

Short notice changes to individual classes will be displayed at reception (including the half term week).
Monday – Friday 7.00am – 10.00pm
Saturday – Sunday 8.00am – 9.00pm
(Please note that the gym closes at 8.00pm on Thursdays for the Super Circuit class)

Our team of qualified instructors will encourage and help you to improve your fitness in a relaxed and friendly environment; perfect for whether you are trying to lose weight, improve your fitness, qualify for the Olympics, or just have fun!
Usage of the gym is limited to members aged 16 and above. Junior members (aged 10 – 15 years) are invited to attend our supervised junior gym sessions. Please also note that some special courses and personal training are subject to an additional charge.
Before you are able to access the gym, you will need to undertake an induction to familiarise yourself with the equipment prior to using the facility. During your induction, the instructor will suggest a personal programme for you. Please contact reception to book a convenient date and time for your induction.
Time is a precious commodity; do you want to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of your work out? Do you need extra motivation to kick start a new training regime or to keep you on the straight and narrow to achieve your current fitness/lifestyle goals?

Qualified to REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals) level 3 standard, with years of experience, our team of Personal Trainers are available to talk through your objectives and take you on the journey to achieving your goals.

We offer daily supervised classes for those members aged 10-15 years.
A great opportunity for our younger members to be introduced to the gym environment, supervised by one of our experienced and knowledgeable gym instructors.
During term-time, Junior Gym sessions run Monday to Friday after school, and at various times at the weekend. See the pdf below for current Junior Gym times.
